Learn how to properly receive, block, and execute back-picks & throw-downs
Master how to call pitches with confidence and understanding why
Learning how to talk to pitchers, the different types of energy to have, and doing everything with confidence.
Live catching sessions with pitchers
Pitchers will:
Learn how to throw harder
Throw live with catchers and hitters
Learn about holding runners, pick-offs, grips, and sequencing.
Understanding how to read hitters and understand how to manage an at bat.
During live at bats, pitchers will get instruction as we are getting live reps. This gives pitchers a chance to see how their stuff plays against live hitters.
Clinic is 4 weeks long: November 15 & 22, December 6 & 13
Middle School: 11am - 12:20pm
High School: 12:40pm - 2pm
