BEGINNER

  • When kids finally get to "kid pitch", everyone wants to be the pitcher! Give your player a head start by coming to Baseball Rebellion to learn the basic pitching/throwing mechanics. We'll help your child find the strike zone!

  • • The correct base-movements before they even pick up a ball and step on the mound. A good foundation = a strong future!

    • The basic arm mechanics to help them consistency, and safely, throw the ball hard and accurately.

    • The confidence needed on the mound to succeed. With improved mechanics and the confidence of being able to repeat their delivery, they'll be excited to get the ball in their hand! Confidence = Performance!

YOUTH PITCHERS

  • Regardless of skill level, learning how throw the ball with accuracy and velocity while remaining safe will always be our #1 goal. We will continue to build on proper mechanics that will translate positively to games.

  • • The correct base-movements before they even pick up a ball and step on the mound. A good foundation = a strong future!

    • The proper arm mechanics to help them consistency, and safely, throw the ball hard and accurately.

    • The confidence needed on the mound to succeed. With improved mechanics and the confidence of being able to repeat their delivery, they'll be excited to get the ball in their hand no matter what situation they're put into! Confidence = Performance!

THE BREAKDOWN

MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL PITCHERS

  • The move to the 60 foot mound is a big change. Continuing to throw hard, throw strikes, and accrue outs while adjusting to the new dimensions will be paramount to success. Development of off-speed will be crucial to success at these levels.

  • • Learning the correct advanced movements before they even pick up a ball and step on the mound.

    • To use their entire body when pitching to increase their velocity and ability to throw strikes.

    • The advanced mental makeup needed on the mound to succeed. With improved mechanics and the confidence of being able to repeat their delivery with velocity, they'll be excited to get the ball in their hand!

COLLEGE/PRO PITCHERS

  • Pitching at a high level is about developing and maintaining velocity. However, pitchers should be developing velocity safely in a prescribed program during this time. That is where Baseball Rebellion can help!

  • • The correct mechanics to optimize a delivery and maximization of velocity. These are just as important as maintaining player safety.

    •The basic arm mechanics to help them consistency, and safely, throw the ball hard and accurately.

    • The advanced mental makeup needed on the mound to succeed. With improved mechanics and the confidence of being able to repeat their delivery with velocity, they’ll be ready to dominate at the highest level.
